Senior RIA Developer
The Sr. RIA developer works as part of the development team to ensure that the applications that we develop for our clients meet our high standards of professional polish, usability, stability, and performance. Factor_UE uses the agile Scrum process to produce custom rich internet and mobile applications for clients.
Qualified candidates possess 2+ years of professional experience developing commercial-grade rich internet applications using one of our core user interface technologies (Flex/AS3, WPF/C#, XHTML/JavaScript) as well as 3+ years of professional experience with one of our core back-end technologies (Java, .NET), including experience working on SOAs (such as SOAP, REST, XMPP, Flash remoting)

The Account Executive is responsible for driving sales and new business by developing client relationships with new and existing clients, creating strategies to expand market reach, and build strong relationships with  internal delivery and leadership teams.
Qualified candidates possess 5+ years of progressive experience in new business development within a similar type of organization (IT consultancy, interactive design agency, or similar).

Application Producer
The producer leads all projects and assures the success of a project in terms of the quality of the final product, overall client satisfaction, and the project’s financial success. This position requires a variety of skills, specifically in the areas of business analysis, team building and management, and client relationship management.
The producer is the key role on each project, from initial planning all the way through deployment.
Qualified candidates have previous experience working on application development teams in a business analyst, project manager, or interactive producer role.
